It was our honor to be selected to refresh the Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association brand to recognize their 90 years of service to our community. The organization that started in 1927 with a single nurse traveling by street car to see her patients has continually evolved to serve the numerous healthcare needs of the Kenosha community throughout the years. KVNA is the only independent non-profit VNA that has survived in this area and was recently named among the 2015 HomeCare Elite Top 100.
At Dooley & Associates, we don’t take refreshing a historical brand lightly. We recognize that there is significance and attachment to the existing brand that needs to be appreciated.
Our process with KVNA started with a discovery meeting that included members of our team and KVNA management to better understand the team, services, differentiators, and target market of KVNA.
From that input we adapted logo concepts for the senior management at KVNA to review and provide feedback until we fine tuned the logo and brand into something they loved! Upon agreeing on the logo that maintains a vintage feel and more modern color palette, we began updating organization collateral including advertising, brochures, business cards, letterhead, envelopes and a donation envelope.
Simultaneously, we worked on improving the digital footprint of the organization by launching a new website and updating their social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+.
